These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PairKeep, operated by Ether-X Ltd (Company Registration 17123706. Registered in England & Wales). By creating an account or using PairKeep you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PairKeep to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the service for other users.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing portal.
4. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your own account at any time from settings.
5. Disclaimer
PairKeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
